At Brett Gullan Communication + Design we use what we refer to as a toolbox approach. In the course of more than 20 years’ work we have collected, developed and honed, a set of tools and practices uniquely tailored to the design challenges of today — and for the future.

Of course, we’re not talking about hammers and chisels, nor about computers or software. Our tools are knowledge-based and methodological. They begin with the experience and ideas we bring to a design project, the questions we ask and the approach we take. Most of these tools require nothing more than a pen and paper or a whiteboard, along with meaningful discussions with our clients as to their business needs and vision for the future.
